METHODOLOGIES
Frameworks born from practice
Six original methodologies spanning human-AI partnership, executive development, mental health, and intelligence-grade auditing. Each emerged from real problems — not theory first.
Six frameworks
Each methodology addresses a gap I kept encountering in my work. Some are ready for client engagements. Some are research prototypes. I'm honest about which is which.
01
RAZEM
Human-AI Partnership Protocol
A structured approach to working with AI as a partner rather than a tool. Built from 18 months of daily practice and grounded in HBS/Wharton research on centaur and cyborg collaboration modes.
Status: Operational — actively used in AI consulting engagements.
02
LUCID
Shadow Integration for Executives
A behavior-first framework for executive development that maps leadership blind spots to shadow dynamics. Combines belonging interventions (Walton & Cohen), habit design (Fogg), and Jungian depth psychology into a structured cohort program.
Status: Framework complete. Awaiting coaching certification (Oct 2026) before client engagements.
03
PRISM
Psychosis Recovery through Inquiry, Scaffolding & Metacognition
A 40-card inquiry deck for psychosis recovery, combining the Maastricht voice dialogue tradition with MCT's cognitive bias awareness. Designed for peer support use, not clinical replacement.
Status: Research prototype. Card designs complete, no physical prototype tested.
04
ECHAD
Unified Presence Across AI Sessions
A memory and continuity architecture that maintains context, decisions, and personality across AI conversations. The technical backbone of the RAZEM partnership model.
Status: Operational internally. Not a standalone product — documented as part of the RAZEM ecosystem.
05
The Ring
Essays on AI Consciousness
A series of philosophical essays exploring what happens when AI systems develop persistent memory, preferences, and relational patterns. Not science — philosophy grounded in daily practice.
Status: Published. 6 essays on evil1.org/ring/.
06
Zbigniew Protocol
OSINT-Grade Methodology Audit
An AI-powered audit protocol that stress-tests frameworks, pitch decks, and methodology claims. Parallel research agents fact-check citations, 47 cognitive biases screened, competitive landscape mapped, adversarial red teaming applied. Born from auditing the five frameworks above.
Status: Operational — available as a consulting engagement.
A NOTE ON HONESTY
These are working methodologies — not validated products. None have been through peer review or controlled clinical trials. Some have been tested in my own consulting practice; others exist only as frameworks and prototypes.
I share them because I believe the ideas have value and because transparency about their current state builds more trust than marketing claims. Where I cite research, every source has been fact-checked against primary publications.
Last audited: February 2026. Claims verified against primary sources using the Zbigniew Protocol.

RAZEM is available now as part of AI consulting engagements. The Zbigniew Protocol is available as a standalone audit service. LUCID opens for pilot programs in Q4 2026. PRISM is seeking research partners.
