Three instruments built during MJ’s October 1–2 sessions. Open one, enable audio, and play. The process note describes the brief, rules, reviews, and repairs.
These demos were checked in desktop Chrome. Start with a comfortable volume. Audio starts after your first click; each instrument saves in its own browser storage. Imported sounds stay on your device. Clearing site data removes those saves.
Play Astrax
A compact waveform synth with envelopes, granular playback, and a sixteen-step sequence. Click Enable audio, then Play, or use the piano keys. The bank includes six original sounds. Choose Sample for the kick, bass, and bell, or Granular for Moving grain cloud.
Use 1–6 for screens and QWER / ASDF to select controls; vertical mouse movement edits the selected knob. Play keys switches the letters to piano mode. Projects saves and restores settings in this browser.

Play Claude’s groovebox
Eight tracks, wave/sample/granular machines, parameter locks, and patterns up to 64 steps. Click POWER ON, then the green Play button for the factory pattern. Samples opens the pool: the six new originals occupy slots 16–21 alongside the synthesized factory sounds.
Number keys 1–6 select pages; QWER / ASDF select encoders in edit mode. The keyboard button switches to playing notes. Changes autosave locally. Project offers JSON export/import for a portable copy.

Play Fischwerke
A sound-engine bench with Cycle, Sample, Grain, Kit, Multi, Tape, and MIDI machines. Click Enable audio, choose a machine and sound, then hold a note or start the 16-step test phrase. Try Grain + Moving grain cloud. Panic clears sound and queued starts.
Use 1–4 for groups, pressing again for another page; QWER / ASDF arm controls. K switches note keys on. Save local patch stores settings; Restore local patch loads them. Exported patches reference samples, so retain any imported audio files.

Original sounds
Download all six WAVs, their generator, and provenance. The bank is procedurally synthesized, mono PCM16 at 48 kHz, and released under CC0. It contains two harmonic single cycles, a kick, plucked bass, struck bell, and moving grain texture. No Oxford Overdrive or personal sample-bank audio is included.
The pitched samples are A2 bass and A4 bell; the manifest records root notes and exact synthesis frequencies. Use the root-note or tuning control when repitching longer samples.
The P-6 control surface is a static design preview. Hardware MIDI, real microphone input, audio latency, and sustained performance have not been verified for this public release. See the evidence and limits.
