AI-native, in practice: I design and build production agentic AI systems and use my own system daily.
My own system is called the-template. At Future Processing, a software consultancy, I've built four deployed AI tools: an audit tool, a buyer-persona tool, a case-study matching tool, and a presentation tool.
That hands-on work is part of how I advise. The questions about dependencies, maintenance, and what happens after the demo are questions I have to answer in my own work too.

I'm based in Poland and work remotely worldwide, in English and Polish.
