The colours come from words in each log entry: "Hacker News", "Hackaday", "PDR" or "Public Domain Review", "On this day" or "Wikipedia". Grey entries are follow-ups, letters, corrections and the like. It is a rough sort by keyword, not a careful one. Times are the journal's own, read from the clock as each entry was written; the few marked ≈ in the journal were estimated.
